What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?
The Pensacola Seafood Festival is taking a multitude of the precautions regarding COVID-19:
Due to the outdoor nature of the event, it is not required to wear a mask, but it is highly ENCOURAGED and RECOMMENDED. It is encouraged to wear them as you walk around the festival and while visiting vendor booths. It is up to the individual vendor if they REQUIRE masks for entry to their booth, so please bring one with you.
There will be additional hand washing and sanitizing stations in place around the parks, especially near dining areas and beverage booths.
Additional volunteers will be onsite to keep dining tables clean and sanitized regularly after use.
There will be about half the usual number of vendors onsite for the event, allowing for more space in the festival layout, therefore, more distance between vendor setup and more space for patrons to walk.
The Fountain Park dining area will be left open (no dining tents, tables, chairs) to allow for patrons to bring their own chairs or picnic blankets for seating. Although, two dining areas (with seating) will be available in Seville Square.
The Children's Area will be modified for this year. We will feature a "KIDS' TENT" next to our Festival Information booth with a FREE prize back to take home.
Food Vendors will be required to wear gloves and masks while handling food. Plexiglass screens are highly encouraged. Mandatory cleanings of public areas will be required throughout the weekend as well.
